1. Overview
At Wings Home Tuition, we strive to ensure absolute satisfaction for all parents, students, and tutors. We offer a transparent, flexible, and fair policy regarding refunds and cancellations for our tutoring services, satisfying all regulatory and gateway guidelines.
2. Free Demo Class Policy
We offer every parent/student one free demo class with the assigned tutor. This demo class carries zero charges and allows you to evaluate the teaching style before any commercial commitment. Payments are only requested once you approve the tutor and decide to proceed with regular sessions.
3. Cancellation Policy
We value the time of both our students and our expert tutors. The cancellation rules are as follows:
- Standard Session Cancellation: If a student or parent wishes to cancel or reschedule a pre-booked session, they must inform the tutor or the Wings support team at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may be billed at the standard rate at the discretion of the tutor and the management.
- Tutor Cancellations: If a tutor cancels a session, the class will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date and time. If no replacement schedule is possible, the balance class credit will remain in your account or be refunded.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds for advance packages or service bookings are handled as follows:
- Unsatisfactory Tutor Performance: If you are not satisfied with the tutor's performance after booking, you are eligible to request a free tutor replacement. We will assign a new verified tutor matching your preferences immediately.
- Package Refund: If you choose not to opt for a replacement and decide to discontinue, a refund will be issued for the remaining, unutilized tuition hours. The completed sessions will be calculated and deducted from the initial booking amount.
- Refund Exclusions: Refund requests made after the expiration of the booking package validity or for classes that have already been conducted and approved by the parent will not be processed.
5. Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is received and verified by our billing department, the refund will be approved within 48 hours. Approved refunds will be processed and credited directly to the customer's original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, in accordance with banking and payment gateway partner guidelines.
