Wings Home Tuition is a platform that connects students/parents seeking tutoring services with independent tutors. We do not employ tutors directly; rather, we facilitate the connection, scheduling, and payment processes between the parties.
Registration on the platform is generally free. However, we charge commission or service fees on the tutoring sessions as agreed upon during the tutor onboarding or parent booking process. All payments must be made through our authorized payment channels.
While Wings Home Tuition performs basic background and credential checks on tutors, we strongly advise parents to conduct their own verification. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the information provided by the tutors.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for advance payments will be processed according to our standard refund policy, which typically deducts charges for classes already completed.
Wings Home Tuition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the platform or the tutoring services provided.
