For our **Home Tuition** packages, sessions are delivered physically and in-person. The tutoring sessions are conducted directly at the designated residential address provided by the parent or student during booking. The commencement of sessions occurs as follows:

• Tutor Matching: After posting your requirement, we match your child with a verified tutor in your locality within 24 to 48 hours.
• Session Scheduling: Tutoring dates, frequency, and exact hours are decided mutually by the parent/student and the matched tutor.
• Class Tracking: Attendance and completed hours are tracked transparently via our platform dashboard.

3. Online Tuition Delivery Mode

For our **Online Tuition** packages, tutoring is delivered digitally in real-time. Lessons are conducted through live, interactive virtual learning channels (such as Zoom, Google Meet, or our proprietary virtual classroom portal). Access credentials, login links, and study materials are delivered instantly to the registered parent's email address or phone number upon payment validation.

4. Zero Delivery or Travel Fees

All prices and packages displayed on our portal are fully inclusive of service delivery. **There are absolutely no shipping fees, delivery charges, travel expenses, or hidden costs** added to your tuition fee package.
